ANY iso to Bootable USB

Don't know if this is the right forum, but figured you programmers have the tools/know how to point me in the right direction.

I want a command line tool from which I can take ANY iso and make it into a bootable USB drive. I know of the version for F10 (livecd-iso-to-disk). But from the name I gather I couldn't use it to take a windows iso and make a bootable drive.

Does anyone know of a good tool to do what I want or has anyone made one?

The problem with that is that would require me to have windows installed somewhere.. and I don't.

So it needs to be a linux tool/guide.
