Ok, so I have an acer aspire one, fedora 10. When I boot up while connected to AC power, everything works fine, but when I boot on battery power, the fonts of everything are waaay too big, and when I run gnome-appearance-properties, all the fonts automatically [without pressing anything else] become to a size waaay too small. Any ideas? I can post any files, if necessary.
Also, does anyone know how to prevent the volume/brightness indicators from popping up [little rectangle in the southern centre of the screen] whenever I change the volume or brightness via my keyboard? Many thanks, Cameron
