Full screen working with Virtual Box and Fedora9

I installed VirtualBox under Fedora 9. This works fine.
I installed Ubuntu 8.10 as one of the guest operation systems.
Ctrl-F, which should give full screen for the guest uses the whole screen but Ubunt keeps the same size as before. I suppose this is a result of the resolution used by Ubunto while installing but I can't change it. Is there a way to work with Ubuntu full screen (of course within the VirtualBox? )
