Help for EC325 device provided by BSNL

please can any body provide me details for running EC325 which is provided by BSNL i want to use it on a Fedora 9 matchine... i dont watn to unlock it just want to run it from fedora 9.. an dalso note that it is provided with one software cd which is only applicable for winxp and win 2000 only..
