volumen control in menubar

Hi

Are it possobel to get a volumen control in right site of the menubar in the buttom like in windows?

Sure..
If you are using GNOME the volume icon should be in the gnome panel by default.
If it's not there: right click somewhere on an empty space on gnome panel at the bottom of the screen and -> Add to Panel -> Multimedia -> Volume Control

If you are using kde just go into Sound and Video -> Kmix

Should automatically startup from now on...

If it doesn't start automatically with a new session, put a shortcut into .kde/autostart (show hidden files to see .kde in GUI).
