You need to install the language that you want before login at:
System > Administration > Language
Select the one that you need and click OK.
If the selected language is not installed the program will call YUM to install it on your system.
There is a bug in gnome, it will report a timeout error at /var/log/messages, so you need to restart the computer.
At the login screen, select your user, you should see the language tab at the bottom of the screen, change the language BEFORE typing your password.
