Fedora 10 - cannot choose language or decktop environment before logging

The language and desktop environment selection menus are gone. I remember that they were there just after installation, but they are not there any more. Is it a bug or I can turn them on (those menus I mean)?

My login screen looks like this one:

You need to install the language that you want before login at:
System > Administration > Language

Select the one that you need and click OK.
If the selected language is not installed the program will call YUM to install it on your system.

There is a bug in gnome, it will report a timeout error at /var/log/messages, so you need to restart the computer.

At the login screen, select your user, you should see the language tab at the bottom of the screen, change the language BEFORE typing your password.
