Files for audio/visual

I recently installed Fedora 10 and it's running great. Except that I can't seem to find the instructions to install w32codecs. I installed libdvdcss2 but where do I go to get w32codecs?

I have added Livna to the repos, but that hasn't help me find the codecs. What other files are needed to run amarok, kaffeine, vlc?

If installed most of the programs on this page, but I still can't get amarok to work. Also streamtuner wants to open a file in my home directory instead playing the radio station I selected. I never seen that before. How do I get streamtuner to play radio streams?

Same with amarok, I thought I had everything that is needed to play radio streams, but it still not working. What could it be?
