Question wi fi adapter asus wl 138g v2 detected as two adapters

Hi

/usr/bin/system-config-network detectes wi fi adapter asus wl 138g v2 detected as two adapters

one is named
Broadcom Corparation BCM4318 (AirForce One 54g] 802.11g Wireless Lan Controller
there other

both have device name wlan0

I tried to use each of them - but each time I try to up the interface it says that such IP is already in use.

Did anyone have such problem and found the solution?
