Question Site to Site VPN, Will the same Natted Ip work for the Second site as well ?

HI I have 2 site to site running from my ASA5520 and the diag is some what like this

Server 1<-------------ASA ------->Site 1
------>Site 2

Server 1 is natted to a public Ip and the site 1 is able to access it . I want to know if the Site 2 can use the same public Ip which the site 1 is accessing.

Yes, I know this would work but when I asked one of my senior he says this might not work. Do you see any issue in this ?
