fedora 10 PCIeX x550

Hello!

I have installed fedora-10 and the latest ati drivers taken from amd.com for my video card. But unfortunately, direct rendering is not working. See what I get in X.org:
(II) fglrx(0): [drm] DRM interface version 1.3
(II) fglrx(0): [drm] created "fglrx" driver at busid "PCI:1:0:0"
(II) fglrx(0): [drm] added 8192 byte SAREA at 0xf9426000
(II) fglrx(0): [drm] mapped SAREA 0xf9426000 to 0xb7e15000
(II) fglrx(0): [drm] framebuffer handle = 0x80000000
(II) fglrx(0): [drm] added 1 reserved context for kernel
(II) fglrx(0): DRIScreenInit done
(II) fglrx(0): Kernel Module Version Information:
(II) fglrx(0): Name: radeon
(II) fglrx(0): Version: 1.29.0
(II) fglrx(0): Date: 20080528
(II) fglrx(0): Desc: ATI Radeon
(WW) fglrx(0): Kernel Module version does *not* match driver.
(EE) fglrx(0): incompatible kernel module detected - HW accelerated OpenGL will not work
(II) fglrx(0): [drm] removed 1 reserved context for kernel
(II) fglrx(0): [drm] unmapping 8192 bytes of SAREA 0xf9426000 at 0xb7e15000
(WW) fglrx(0): ***********************************************
(WW) fglrx(0): * DRI initialization failed! *
(WW) fglrx(0): * (maybe driver kernel module missing or bad) *
(WW) fglrx(0): * 2D acceleraton available (MMIO) *
(WW) fglrx(0): * no 3D acceleration available *
(WW) fglrx(0): *********************************************
I hardly can understand why it happens.
Here are my kernel rpm's :
[root@log]# rpm -qa | grep kernel
kernel-firmware-2.6.27.7-134.fc10.noarch
kernel-headers-2.6.27.7-134.fc10.i386

kernel-devel-2.6.27.7-134.fc10.i686
kerneloops-0.12-1.fc10.i386

and my xorg.conf:

While running glxgears I get error like this:
# glxgears

Minor opcode of failed request: 19 (X_GLXQueryServerString)
Serial number of failed request: 14

Can somebody assist ?
