Boot up message on Notebook?

When I boot into FC 2 , I see something that says PAE and S3 don't play well together for now - S# disabled.

I have never seen this and have no idea what that means

so is this something I can fix? Should I install the ATI drivers since I have a ATI Mobility Radion 9000?

Just wondering if this is bad news? It still boots up into FC 2 fine but does not as clear as it can. I'd also like a higher resolution that 800x600
