Fedora 9 VMware Tools

Hi,

I am running Fedora 9 desktop where I installed VMWare player with a virtual PC of Windows XP.

Because I am new to this and having problems after googling, can you help me to get Virtual Tools installed? I think I need it to be installed inside of the virtual windows xp. if so, i do not know how. and where do i get this virtual tools file from?

many thanks!
