Exclamation F10 freezes on boot

Sometimes, after booting, F10 freezes on GDM screen. Keyboard and touchpad inputs are ignored.

Booting to init 3 also does hit the same issue. There, I could see some messages about wifi network (stuck in DHCP or something).

Booting with wifi kill switch on and no ethernet cable seems to work. Any ideas? It's really annoying to remember to kill wifi every boot.
