How can I Re-Install Fedora 9 "Add/Remove Programs"???

Well since a kernel update my Yumex stop working, and starts displaying some error so I uninstall it, but, I also uninstall the Fedora 9 "Add/Remove Programs" and I'd tryed almost every thing and I can't Install this feature again, also with this change the Automatic Updates where uninstalled , Could someone out there help me with this problem? I'm not an expert with Linux, I'd been working with Fedora since Fedora 8 was released, but I'd never had this problem

I'll appreciate any help,
Sincerely
DIIISS
