Question new grip, no mp3encode?

I've just installed grip 3.0.7 and am trying to rip & encode a CD.

I can rip to /wav, but the encode fails on ALL encoders.

When I hit RIP+Encode a window pops up with "Invalid encoder executable. Check your encoder config"

Do I need the descrete encoders as well?

Where do I get them from??

Also, what's the difference between xingmp3enc & mp3encode??

You need to install lame(mp3 encoder) find a rpm(http://rpm.pbode.net), then in Grip choose: Config -> Encode -> Encoder -> lame
And change "Encode file format" the extension from .ogg to .mp3

If you use the yum.conf from www.fedorafaq.org you'll be able to do this as simple as:
Code:
yum install lame
