How to play window streaming in Firefox

Don't know anything about rpm/yum but willing to learn. How do I get the FireFox to play Window streaming video/audio. Currently, Youtube displays video but no audio. If this isn't the right forum, please advise.

I am running Fedora10-snap3.

Thanks.
