Hi everyone, I haven't used Red Hat since I bought a copy of 9 at CompUSA.
I downloaded the newest Fedora 9 the other night and felt like giving it a whirl.
I must explain while I love to tamper with Linux Im horrible with it, a 5 year Noob if you will.
I installed Fedora on my Dell 4600c last night along side XP and the install crashed about half way thru, I then gave it another try and just told it to use the whole disk, and it installed just fine for some reason.
After I get the GRUB Menu and choose to load Fedora the HDD starts clicking away as if its loading but the monitor goes blank and up pops on my screen "OUT OF RANGE"
What is necessary to change the resolution so I can use my PC again?
Thanks for any and all help
Phil
