I have Totem player installed with the YouTube-plugin and YouTube H264.
I am able to search the database of YouTube for songs but I am not able to play them.
[root@localhost faac]# cd /usr/lib/totem/plugins/
[root@localhost plugins]# ls -l

When I select YouTube in the sidebar I get the following error-message :
Totem cannot play this type of media (YouTube) because you do not have the appropriate plugins to handle it.
When I select YouTube H264 in the sidebar I get the following error-message :
The playback of this movie requires the following decoders which are not installed:
H.264 decoder
MPEG-4 AAC decoder
I downloaded an mpeg4 decoder namely faac from sourceforge and compiled it.
I keep getting these errors. Did someone here got it to work ??
Via google I read a lot of successful installs for Ubuntu. Surely it must be possible for Fedora9 32bit also ?!
