Problem with gnome-search-tool

Hi, i change my open with, and my file mimeapps.list works fine with nautilus, but when i use gnome-search-tool, when i find a file .pdf and open it, the xpdf open the file, and when i use nautilus to open the file, the Adobe Acrobat open it. What i have to do for the gnome-search-tool respect my mime associate ?
