Presumably you mean nvidia not supporting xorg 1.5 until a few months after F9 was released.

Not an issue. Nvidia does now support xorg 1.5 and 1.5.2

Now there exists only problem with new more strict SELinux policy introduced in F10 - see http://forums.fedoraforum.org/showthread.php?t=201701
But there is easy workaround ;-)

Now I'm running on F10 and using Compiz and playing Quake3 without any problem ;-)
F10 seems to be much more better tuned than F9 was.
