1000 hz Kernel compile guide step by step

Hi i am searching for a fedora 1000 hz kernel compile guide step by step.
What files to download? what to do? and so on.

Please help me

EDIT: Isn't 1000HZ already in the default F9 kernel?

When you run Fedora, this is useful :

You can also make a Vanilla one.

Read it. (I have done this also)

THE STANDARD kernel, without Fedora patches ed.

Sorry i dont know what you are talking about, i have absolutely no idea how to compile a kernel. I found some guide how to do it on a debian box
