Any Linux netbooks with touchscreen? (or howto install Fedora + touchscreen?)

I have a customer interested in using Linux netbooks for portable data entry.

Wondering if anyone is aware of any Linux netbooks available that support touchscreen, or alternatively, how to add touchscreen support to a Fedora install on a netbook, such as the Dell Inspiron Mini 9?
