Configuring Yum

I Am Using Fedora Core 8.whenever I Try To Install Something Using Yum, It Started To Download Primary.sqlite.bz2. Its About 5 Mb Size. The Download Stops Before Completing Download. So Im Not Able To Use Yum. What Is Primary.sqlite.bz2. How Can I Solve This Problem
