fedora supported releases

Which versions of fedora are still supported . So I know when I should update my installed Fedora system.

To give a more general response, it is always the current release and prior-to-that-release.
So, for example, when Fedora 10 is released, support for Fedora 8 stops.

Fedora 8 support will or should stop 1 Month after fedora10 is released

each new release is supported for 13 months
