ASUS eeepc 701 SDHC problem

After becomes disgusted with lack of updated software, I took out Xandros 4 off my work laptop and eeepc to exchange for Fedora Core 9.

Sadly, the eeepc was an easier install that my Twinhead notebook, but that's a different story. Almost everything is working on my eeepc 701 4g 1gb with sdhc. The 16GB SDHC is the problem. On the stock Xandros, I was using a 16GB SHDC mounted as my home directory as an ext3 partition.

Install was fairly easy following the wiki. Wifi is working fine, all my software fit just fine. Problem is that when I install the SHDC card, it doesn't work. I have a 2GB SD card, works fine in the internal slot mounted as my home directory, if I put the 16GB SDHC in an external USB mounted reader, it works fine. Remember, the 16GB SHDC was working fine with the internal slot.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,
T

kernel is kernel-2.6.26.3-29.fc9.i686
