Registered Linux User ????

Hey everybody,

Could someone explain too me how to become a registered Linux user. Am I qualified too be one??
If not what do I need to do? Just wondering what it stands for......

This really gives me a community feeling.
I noticed crackers has number #28251 (April '93), damn that's old!!
