mpg,mpeg,avi to vob(DVD) converter

Is there a program that can convert mpg,mpeg,avi to vob and make an DVD video cd.

I have alot of anime and 4.9GB DVD would be nice to store and play on my DVD player/TV.

is there such a prog? link would be nice.

Also a program that can link each vob to its own anime title and make an DVD video cd.

like leats say i play the DVD on tv and i can pick

title2 plays vob4-6

can nero6 do that, i never tryed it...

Seems quite tricky.

These instructions are to use in Linux. Didn't notice that you mentioned Nero
