vpnc on fc9 wont connect

I have a fresh install of fc9 with the vpnc that came prepackaged. When I yum install vpnc it says it is already installed. But if I try to run it via the command line #vpnc I get command not found. If I go vpnc --version I get the same message

Is the install corrupted? I've heard if you remove the vpnc package it screws up the network adapter.

Any advice?
