wireless card can not be found when reinsert the wireless card.

hi, there are some problems with my wireless card TL-WN321G . because there's no offical driver for this card ,i download one for this card,and it seems work well . but every time when i shut down it , and reinsert the card ,fedora can not found it . the following is the error fedora reports: SIOCSIFFLAGS: No such file or directory. when i execute ifconfig rausb0 up .
