I've got a friend who wants to know if there's a disk management in Debian and any details about it.

If you mean a package management: yes, apt-get.
Ask in a Debianforum for details or try searching it in the net.

www.distrowatch.com offers all the info needed for every distro from the most popular to little one guy....

you will find the distro homepage, community forum, donwload links....and a lots of good articles SO tell your friends a bout this site....btw Debian is a little below from Fedora and keep this link in mind it will be useful to you in the future...
