F8 -> F9 with preupgrade can i use kde 3.5

i have fedora 8 with all the updates. I want to upgrade to fedora 9. I use kde 3.5.9 and i dont want to change to kde4. Im planning to use preupgrade to upgrade to f9.

Will be an option or something like that in order to stay in kde 3.5 and not use kde4 ?

The main reason for the upgrade its that there are many packages are getting old in fedora 8 ( tcl / tk 8.5, openoffice 2.4, wxwidgets 2.8.7 etc ... and this affects software that i use every day as amule, amsn etc ...

Skip Fedora 9, wait til Fedora 10 comes out or wait til no one complains about KDE 4 anymore whichever is sooner.

wait for Fedora 10, but no you cant use KDE3.5.x in Fedora as the ugly KDE4 is the default in F9.. Fedora9 was/is a flakey Distro ..hopefully 10 is much better
