Wine And HP Printer Copier Scanner Program, How To?

I have an HP PSC All- In -One. It has a 300 MB program, I tried installing it using Wine, But can't find the option to commence the program. Wine is there.

Is there something better than Wine?

Using Fedora 9. It is going well.

Beer is much better than wine

What's wrong with the Linux HP printer drivers and sane for the scanner? They should either be installed or available via yum...

HP all-in-one devices are natively supported in Linux. Just install the libsane-hpaio, hplip and hplip-gui packages with yum or Add/Remove Software.

beer is not as good as wine.
To make my HP working with fedora you give a link http://www.linuxfoundation.org/en/OpenPrinting
leading to a commercial screen of HP.
it is not enough to find the driver I need to activate the scanning fonction.
I don't understand why the printer works very well but not the scanner for which I got from the computer the following answer "there are really no device that is supported by Sane?
What is SANE doing in my legs? I dindn't call it. I just wont to scan a table with my old HP and I am goning backwards to windows to get it.
.....Till you tell me how to of course
