Network Driver Not supported in Fedora Core 3

Hi,

I have downloaded the Fedora core 3 64 bit, but the network driver is not supported by the OS. The NIC card I am using is "Intel(R) 82566DM-2 Gigabit Network". Where can I find driver software for my network device.

Regards

Supratik

Support for FC3 stopped in January 2006, I believe. I think you're on your own with that one.

Edit: Moved to Installation Help

I use FC3 so that my programs do not have any dependency problems. Can you please tell me is there any other way I can make a network connection. When ever I try to install a network driver I get this following error "error e1000e: probe of 0000:00:19.0 failed with error -6".

Please suggest me how to solve this problem.

Regards

Supratik

It would be better to run CentOS 4.x which is based off of FC3, but it is still supported and probably has an updated kernel with support for your hardware.
