Try Quanta+ (DW's favourite). I prefer to use Geany.

I used to use Quanta+ but Geany is also my preference nowadays as it is light. If you want a WYSIWYG type of IDE though KompoZer might be your only choice although I remember Quanta+ also having some WYSIWYG features.

My overall recommendation is just type your code by hand and use Geany.
IMHO GNOME FTW! BTW KDE WAD? FWIW. HTH. AFAIK YMMV. OMG WTF BBQ!

Do you like surfing forums but wish people would stop using obscure abbreviations and acronyms?
Then my Firefox/Chrome extension ABBREX is for you!
It automatically adds hover tooltips to abbreviations displaying their meanings on any web page you visit!

    Check it out at: http://abbrex.com

I tried Quanta Plus a while back, and I hated it. I didn't find SeaMonkey much better either. What is the terminal code for Geany? I tried
    Code:
    su
    -Root Password-
    yum install geany
but it said it can't find a package for geany...

yum install geany should work. What OS are you using? (what version?)

If all else fails, you could download the source from the website and build from that. I build from SVN about monthly to get latest cuts, as they do add/fix stuff frequently.
