3Com Gigabit LOM (3C940)

Hi!
Have a little problem with my workstation (Fedora core 2 with 2.6.6 kernel).
My 3com nic will not transfere faster then 5MB/s per file. (2 files = 10MB/ and so one.)

Anyone have/had this problem to? (And know how to fix it?

Some infomation:
eth0: 3Com Gigabit LOM (3C940)
PrefPort:A RlmtModeheck Link Stat
eth0: network connection up using port A
speed: 100
autonegotiation: yes
duplex mode: full
flowctrl: none
irq moderation: disabled
scatter-gather: enabled
