ISO images from files/disks

Hello ,

I'm quite newbie to linux and i have been searching about MKISOFS but couldn't figure out what I needed.

I need to build an ISO image to use it in Virtual PC applications , since they do not support USB sticks directly. I want to build and iso from (bootable) USB , which is needed to work as bootable for the application.

Any help/suggestions are welcome .

can you be more specific if the Virtual environment is linux then just mount the *.iso as you would normally
Code:
su -
<root pass>
mkdir  /mnt/iso
mount -o loop -t iso9660 file???.iso /mnt/iso
