Encrypted USB pen drive

Has anyone here configured an encrypted USB pen drive? I'm not talking about encrypting a single file, but making the entire drive encrypted. I know there is comercially available software, but I was curious if anyone had something open source an free they used.

Thanks.

I know there are free alternatives but don't have any personal experiences.
These links might help: http://encryptionhowto.sourceforge.n...n-HOWTO-4.html

Yea, I ended up following the loop-aes howto I found and it worked beautfully. The only drawback is the top level directory (ie /mnt/secure) is owned by root:root and can't be changed, but you can create a directory under that and have it owned by your user. I've found it works well.
