You tidy Bunch !!!!

Just looked through the "Gallery" section into "Workstations". How tidy are you lot, I was expecting some shots of home data centres with a plethara of random equipment but no, generally quite tidy and professional looking. Not a can of jolt cola or stella in site.

Think I need to bring the side down and expose my mess to the masses !!

All shots are Gimp'd prior to submission to make sure they're suitable for viewing by kids and the weak-stomached .

Talking

Yeah! You'll notice there are shots of almost all CMs and Admin's workstations ... except Bob's.

But ... there may be reasons for that. Whereas most of us have a few skeletons in the closets ... we suspect in Bob's case, the closets are all full. (Rumor has it he's building more closets this Spring.)

And ... there may still be bits and glops of shredded and decaying flesh hanging from some of them. <....>

But that really isn't too far from the norm either. We've all been there at one time or another.

It's ...

well ... it's the teethmarks on the bones ...

You see ...

To the best of our knowledge ...

...

Bob doesn't have a dog! <....>

Don't worry Diar, my work place is far from tidy.

Okay, okay...here ya go: http://www.fedoraforum.org/gallery/showimage.php?i=4457 As you can see, I didn't bother to remove the folder of who-knows-what that's been sitting under my modem for a few months. And, the paperwork for my snowmobile-shed permit is on the no-remote freebie tv. Note the mighty HP656c smudge-tone printer and beer coaster, sadly empty at the moment. Hope y'all are happy now .

Ok uploaded a pic of mine, no stella cans, but a nice glass of wine. Its how it should be a loose pile of hardware with little or no organisation... Well thats what I tell my self !!

I think it's time I updated my shot.... Things have been moved around since I posted. Now, where's the vacuum cleaner?

I'm just the opposite of Piga. My physical workspace is a bloody mess.

My operating systems and home directories are pretty well organized - excepting my thrown-together library of music obtained from various sources.

Just updated my workplace shot, although given the location it's had to get any work done.... Did I say "hard?" Perhaps I meant "impossible"

Well I posted a pic of my desk a long while back. It still looks about the same. In fact I don't think I have moved anything.

Yes my area is a mess, even after cleaning :|
My files on the other hand are rather organized (even my great variety of music)
