atheros ar5007eg not working after kernel update

i had an perfectly working wifi conection with kernel 6.4.24.3-18 but then an update come along and now with kernel 6.4.24.4-30 nothing what i do seems to work please help

yeah, I've got the same problem on my MacBook Atheros 5418 - my evdo card will still work but no wireless - who broke wireless ?

You're probably using the older Madwif patched snapshot, which doesn't work with some later kernels.

HOWEVER--tada!! The latest patched snapshot not only works with newer kernels but also supports 64 bit.

thks - I downloaded the latest snapshot - recompiled and wireless is working again.
