Problem installing updates in F9 [Solved]

i just upgraded to F9, and when i try to install the updates i get this error

Local file conflict between packages:
Two packages provide the same file
This is usually due to mixing packages for different software sources

More details:
Test transactions errors: file /usr/lib/gstreamer-0.10/libgstladspa.so from install of gstreamer-plugins-bad-0.10.7-1.fc9.i386 conflicts from file from package gstreamer-plugins-good-0.10.7-1.fc9.i386

i went into the updates review box and unchecked the gstreamer-bad and gstreamer-ugly update, but i still get the same error, what can i do to solve this and be able to install the update????

you could try removing both files and then reinstalling them,
