Issues with FC9 and Linksys LNE100TX. What to do now?

All,

I have been struggling with the addition of two machines to my home network. Both are FC9. One was FC8 and the other is a new build.

They both have the LNE100TX installed.

One is a E2200 and the other is a D915.

The E2200 has an intel board and has been online prior to the FC9 install. However it does not work now.

The D915 has never been online. The MOBO is a Foxconn (yes I know - cheap)

The wireless router is a netgear wireless router.

I believe the router is working. I have a wireless connection to my MacBook Pro which always works and a wired connection to a old PHP server running FC6. Both of these receive IP address from both router restart and IP release / renew.

I have done all kinds of things to troubleshoot, but am running out of ideas. Any guidance is appreciated and I will answer as much as I know. Plus I can offer my life savings of 12.00 for help

Thanks.
