how can I record video from the webcam and sound from the mic?
I tried cheese but the video came out choppy. I found this for webcam recording:
http://www.linux.com/feature/126186 and it records videos smoothly, but no sound.
is it possible to use one program to record the video and another to record sound via microphone at the same time, so i can later put the two together? or is there a single program that can record from both sources at the same time, so i wouldn't have to mix them together later (although if it were possible to save the audio as a separate stream it would be useful for cleanup and editing)?
