Bottom menu gone

My problem is that my bottom menu (that menu where is the clock, start menu) and I don't know how to get it back I tried uninstalling KDE and then installing it didn't work. All this nightmare began when I installed probably kooldock but when I uninstalled it the menu still was gone.

Please help

Maybe you can try deleting .kde directory under you home. You will loose all your kde settings but the panel could come back.
