Question Compare two files of different script application?

Hi I have two files that have the same name and in fact are the same file except one is the updated file with many different script types added.

I was wondering if its possible to use some kind of app to check the two files to find the difference between them?

I think that I could find whats been added by hand if the file wasn't 9GB in size.

Any help pleas?
