Dhcp client and server

hello ppl.can anyone tell me how to configure dhcp server on a dhcp client.The dhcp client is getting dynamic ips from the isp world call.no router is involved.the ips are public.

Also im unable to download the rpm dhcp-3.0.6.fc8 from the main repository.my system sort of hangs during the resolving dependencies part.is there a way to manually resolve dependencies cuz iwan to install this rpm badly..

thanx for the link but it did not solve my problem..the thing is my subnet and default gateway keeps on changing all the time xxx.xxx.xxx.0 so what shud i put in this entry?
