64bit Adobe Flash

Anyone been able to get Adobe Flash working?

I've got:

flash-plugin-9.0.124.0-release.i386
nspluginwrapper-0.9.91.5-26.fc9.x86_64

And I ran

mozilla-plugin-config

Any other ideas/suggestions?

Thanks

I place all plugins in /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins. Works fine for me when messing with 64bit firefox. Just went back to 32bit firefox on 64bit OS for better Java support.

Hey just wanted to comment it works fine when you've got both nspluginwrapper architectures installed, so try that Diesel.

Mmmm, well I installed:

nspluginwrapper-0.9.91.5-26.fc9.i386

So now I have both packages.

/usr/lib/mozilla/plugins is empty for me!

Yea I'm having a similar issues. Using both the download from the adobe site and from add/remove nothings working.

I've got both nsplugin's installed, to no avail.

You can also find plugins in <your_home/.mozilla/plugins

I actually found swfec messing up the Adobe Flash plugin so I uninstalled it and placed the plugin flash files in <your_home/.mozilla/plugins and all is well again. I would suggest removing flash parts from /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins or they will override the plugins in <your_home/.mozilla/plugins. Hope that makes sense. Of course if you place your plugins in your local home directory then other users on your box will not get Flash which is why /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins exists.

Thanks for all the suggestions. For whatever reason installing Adobe-Flash from the Adobe provided YUM repo was the problem. I could remove/install from YUM with no luck! I ended up installing the RPM from Adobe's website and it worked first try!

Thanks again.
