Well, it's an EOL product and F9 is just around the corner. At least you should consider installing F8 which will have at least 12 months of support.

Hi Nokia,

I understood what you are trying for me to do but do i have any way for installing KDE under FC6 or FC8 with full installation of Fedora?

Do KDE have rpm repository for installing to Fedora?

Thanks a lot,
Jendim

Code:
su -l
yum groupinstall KDE
Also, you can use groupremove and grouplist to see which optional KDE packages you might want to install. The groupinstall option only installs the default/basic packages

A quick search of the forum would have given you the answer - this question has been asked often:
yum groupinstall "KDE (K Desktop Environment)"
exactly like that, with quotes and capitals.
