evolution starts all over everytime

I upgraded from F7 to F8. Since that moment everytime when I'm loggged out and logged in again evolution starts with the installation assistant asking to enter data about my internet-connection. Why is that?
After doing this five times or more I found a way to work around it. I make an evolution-backup everytime I log off. When I log in and start evolution again, I tell the program that I want to restore that backup. In my opinion There is nothing to restore. The files are exactly the same as when I last stopped evolution. What happens when I log off? I think it has something to do with permissions, but which file has the wrong permissions and how can I fix this which permisions (I know off course how to use chmod) are the right ones and what should I do to prevent them to change.

Thanks Frank
