Fedora 9 Preview Release
Well its the 10th of April and 10:30 am... I have looked for the new release to no avail on the mirrors. I have to do a full install (once again) because the last Rawhide update trashed, yum,system-config-display, and many other things.
I thought that they would post the new update at 10 am... Has it been postponed?

Yeah, it technically should have been released about 3 hours ago now.

How do you use the boot iso for a net install... OR is it just to slow... I have a 10M connection BUT loose my patients after a few hours with the slow mirrors...

explains the policy.
We're planning a snapshot we'll call 'Preview Release' this Thursday or
Friday. Then release candidates will be created next week. If it
becomes obvious that we will have to slip the release date for getting
certain bugs fixed we will announce very loudly as soon as we make the
decision.
Mass CVS branching will come later this week so that folks can begin
work on F10.
PS: to see if your build is tagged for Fedora 9, check 'koji latest-pkg

Ok... so grab the boot.iso listed in this thread and install via network like I did (if you have the bandwidth). If not, just hang tight and wait for it.

...Part of me wants to test the RC or preview, but I may be better off just waiting for the final... I'll probably try the preview when it gets released as an iso though.

Echo still needs more work. We will have the same default as Fedora 8 in this release.
