Pen dosn't store the information

I have a Adata USB Micro Sd. Card Reader, (with is in FAT file system) when I copy a file to that device witch apears mounted on the desktop, the file seems to be copied but if I dismount the volume and go to another PC I don't have the file I copied to that device, if i what a file on the device I have to copy it several times.

What might be the problem?
